General Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed by the customer ("you") with Kuroniwear Stores ("Kuroniwear," "we," or "us") via the Kuroniwear website or mobile platform (collectively, "Kuroniwear.com").
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The Terms applicable to your order are those published on Kuroniwear.com at the time of purchase.
By using Kuroniwear.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review them thoroughly before proceeding.
Customer Eligibility
To shop on Kuroniwear.com, you must:

Failure to meet these requirements grants Kuroniwear the right to cancel your order.

All content on Kuroniwear.com, including text, images, and designs, is the exclusive property of Kuroniwear. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content—beyond personal, non-commercial purposes—is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Product Availability
Product listings on Kuroniwear.com do not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products without notice.
To ensure optimal service quality, you agree not to:

Use automated tools (e.g., bots, crawlers) to extract data or interfere with site functionality.
Violations may result in immediate account termination and access revocation.
Delivery
Kuroniwear strives to fulfill orders according to selected delivery options. Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally exceed 30 days due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders undelivered after 30 days may be canceled at your discretion.
Regional delivery restrictions may apply during peak seasons or due to adverse weather. Pre-order delivery estimates will be provided during checkout and confirmed via email.
Order cancellations post-payment are not permitted due to our expedited dispatch processes. Return requests must follow our returns policy (see "Returns and Exchanges" below).

Pricing
Product prices include applicable VAT. Delivery fees are calculated during checkout and remain fixed per order, regardless of shipment splits. In-store and online pricing may differ.
Sale Items
Discounted or promotional items are final sale and ineligible for returns, refunds, or price adjustments. Exceptions apply only to defective goods (see "Product Quality" below).
Product Quality
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Color variations may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting, or sustainable manufacturing processes.
Defective Items: Notify us within 30 days of delivery for manufacturing defects. Damage from wear and tear or misuse is not covered.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund via your original payment method.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility:

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Products must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and original packaging.
Process:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Tracked delivery is strongly recommended; we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Exchanged items will be shipped at no additional cost.

Non-compliant returns (e.g., damaged, soiled, or incomplete items) will be sent back to the customer.
Refunds exclude original shipping fees and are processed within 14 days of receiving the return. Sale/discounted items are final.
Statutory Rights: These policies do not override your legal consumer rights.
