Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 30 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is submitted before your order ships and within the 30-day window.

After the order has been shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to process a refund. Buyers may contact us for a refund after receiving the product.

Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days. Processing durations may vary depending on product availability.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required.

How to Return

  1. Contact us first: Email support@kuroniwear.com to initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Unauthorized returns (without an RA number) will not be accepted.

  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.

Damaged/Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if you receive:

  • Damaged/defective items

  • Incorrect products
    We’ll resolve the issue swiftly at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-responsible returns: You cover return shipping fees (costs vary by carrier).

  • Company-error returns: We fully cover return shipping for damaged/incorrect items.

Exchanges
To expedite exchanges, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item (follow the return process above).

  2. Placing a new order for the correct/item size.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we:

  1. Receive and inspect the returned item.

  2. Approve the refund.
    Bank processing times may cause additional delays.
