Final Sale Items: All promotional, discounted, or sale-priced merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Price adjustments will not be honored for items purchased prior to subsequent sales.
Return Shipping Responsibilities

Customer-Initiated Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Fees vary depending on your chosen carrier.

Faulty/Incorrect Items: No return shipping fees apply if the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged/wrong item shipped).
Eligibility & Process

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 business days of your order date (for pre-orders, 30 business days from delivery date).

Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags attached, and in resalable condition with intact packaging. Returns failing to meet these standards will be sent back to you.
Shipping & Liability

Return Shipping: Customers cover all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using tracked/insured delivery, as we cannot assume liability for lost or damaged returns in transit.
Quality Inspection
All returns undergo rigorous inspection:

Damaged/Soiled Items: Will be promptly returned to you to minimize environmental waste from non-resalable goods.

Condition Disputes: A specialist team may review exceptional cases, but this may delay resolution timelines.
Exchanges

No Extra Fees: Exchanged items ship at no additional cost (excludes sale/discounted products, which are ineligible for exchanges).
Refund Processing

Timeline: Allow up to 21 business days for return processing. Approved refunds reflect the item’s purchase price (excluding original shipping fees) and will be issued via your original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution.

Documentation: Retain your receipt until the process concludes, as responsibility for the return transfers to us only upon delivery.
